Early Morning Walk with Maddie

Plant three rows of peas: Peace of mind Peace of heart Peace of soul
Plant four rows of squash: Squash gossip Squash indifference Squash grumbling Squash selfishness

Plant four rows of lettuce: Lettuce be faithful Lettuce be kind Lettuce be obedient
Lettuce really love one another
No garden should be without turnips: Turnip for meetings Turnip for service Turnip to help one another
Water freely with patience and Cultivate with love.
There is abundance in your garden....
Because you reap what you sow.
To conclude our garden, We must have thyme:Pretty nice garden!

What a sweet, lush little bit of paradise you've created, Breezy!

I love all the stone, edging everything. I just love stonework, in houses, gardens, whereever, and your yard is so appealing to me, and that is the extra touch that blisses me.

Lots of roses! I didn't know that!

Thank you for this leisurely stroll through your world... it truly is beautiful.

why thank YOU Ceejay the rain has washed up some mulch grrr .. have to tend to that . (rain again today so can not tend to it later) all in all looks like it is going to be a good year out there .. the lily's have not started nor have the rose of Shanon's .. nor the daises.. grins well a lot really have not popped .. we have six different types of hydrangeas all blue of course except for the red ladies grins .We are in a good zone for flowers (( smiles to Viv hopes she sees that mention she is the zone gal in our bunch grins ))

As for the rocks and jumbo cobbles and statues ..

Douglas loves Pennsylvania Field stone and his favorite type of stone of all is jumble cobbles just asked for a pallet for his birthday in July .. ha !!

I just adore Victorian gardens .. as you can see and well so does Maddie .. raised walking them .. she inspects her cobbles trust me .. grins

thank YOU so much for looking
as you know it is a labor of love.
( ps I hope you liked the wild geraniums .. they have become my early season favorites out back )
hugss :)

Thank you for sharing, Breezy... so beautiful... I could sit peaceably in a garden like that forever. Good book in hand or journal, sweet tea and loaf of bread.
