They are intentionally unlinked for the rotation script to work, so please make sure to right click and edit, then choose both parts before you move them. 

To start the Bookcase rotating, touch the top.

Touch the top again to stop it. 

When you have chosen your book, simply touch it, the book you have chosen will hand you an open version to add to your avatar. Simply accept it and it'll appear at the top of your 'objects' folder.

RIGHT CLICK & CHOOSE -  ADD.

There are 8 different books to choose from, each provides an open book with a custom animation that is usable with your AO, so you can walk around or sit with it - only issue I've found is with the older AO's. 

The Ebony has different book titles to the Carved Oak, all Original Mesh and Materials are Enabled.
